  The fitter who did our bathroom was polite, tidy and did an excellent job. The owner however was a nightmare!!! On giving our quotation initially he turned up over 2 hours late with no apology however price was good so decided to go ahead. Got a few little issues and tried to contact Darren (owner) on many different occasions. Finally arranged for him to come yesterday (13th March) after waiting in I messaged and he said he'd had 'personal problems' so gave him benefit of the doubt and arranged for following day (Tuesday 14th March) asked for a time rather than waste another day in - not unreasonable I thought! - Arranged for 11am, by midday no show so I phoned showroom and left a message to say not to bother, we'll sort the problem out ourselves. Absolutely appalling customer service, I'm amazed still in business!!!
